This is the best European focused garage in Northwestern Pennsylvania. Hands down. If you want clear and thoughtful communication this is the place for you. I have never felt as though I was taken advantage of or talked down to for my lack of knowledge on euro specific vehicles. I currently own a BMW 3 series and when asking around was immediately pointed in the direction of this garage by numerous owners of exotic cars ranging from BMW to Lamborghini and Porsches. When arriving my first time I was greeted extremely professionally and took notice of the multiple classic Porsches and Mercedes which led me to believe I was in the proper place. The owner is extremely friendly and has always treated me with respect and spoken to me not only professionally but friendly as though I could sit down and have a drink with him. Of course as every garage will face there will be disgruntled customers who will post negative reviews in regards to the service they received but I can confidently state that over the last year that I have had my vehicle serviced I have never once questioned if my car was in the right place and in good hands. Kudos to the owner and service writer Liam for providing a

This shop is the best shop in town . The last comment with one star is completely blown out of proportion . This is the only shop I would ever take my vehicle to . The owner and workers are the most respectful people you could ever deal with and will bend over backwards for any customer . There is zero negative things to say I can absolutely say that last review is someone having a bad day . Do not ever think other wise of this shop or its owner or workers ! - William Trainor. !

I genuinely wish I could leave a better review, because I truly feel for the owner and the difficult professional and personal challenges he’s facing. Unfortunately, my experience at the shop was not positive. Five weeks after dropping off my vehicle, I checked in on the repair status and was told to “take the car to another shop if I wanted it fixed any time soon.” The atmosphere was tense, and although I did my best to keep things calm, the interaction felt unsafe and unprofessional. When I arranged to move the vehicle the following week, the situation escalated again. The owner expressed frustration and used colorful language, making it clear that my presence was an inconvenience. Throughout the five weeks my car was there, I was given numerous business and personal explanations that were concerning and demonstrated an inability to operate the shop professionally. I sincerely hope things improve for him. However, based on my experience, the shop appeared to be in chaos, communication was nonexistent, and I was spoken to harshly on multiple occasions. For those needing work on an exotic vehicle, I recommend finding another shop. Updated Section (After Owners 1st Response) Th

80k maintenance on a 2017 Audi. As a former auto mechanic, before everything had a computer attached to it, there are just somethings you can't or shouldn't do in your driveway and these guys are the only ones I'll spend my money on to keep my Audi on the road for many years to come. Unfortunately due to issues out of any one's control, the amount of time to drop the mechatronics assembly to get the filters on top, we couldn't get everything done in a short time but will be back to finish the job. Keep up the excellent work from a satisfied customer 👍

It's nice to find a local mechanic you can count on. I've used this garage for routine maintenance on my Audi and Volvo. I even had an emergency service, and they were able to squeeze me in, even though they are always busy. Highly recommend.
